Swaziland - who was where, when?

We all want to know who was in the Swaziland lowveldt in the 1980's plus or minus a decade but who was thingummy in 1982 in Tshaneni with the beard? We may never know - unless you get in touch!

Here is a list in alphabetical order-ish.

Phil and Claire Wallace arrived in late 1979, then recently married, and stayed until the beginning of 1986, based in Thaneni converting the rice paddies to sugarcane. Phil was in Tshaneni as a soil student in 1976/77 for a year working with Richard Allen on Ricelands.

Glad you all had a good time. Sorry I could not be there. Peter Doran promised to remember me to you all. Hope he did!! Anyone know what became of Tokki Botha & his wife? They were there from square one when they all lived in tents! He was King Sobhuza's official impala culler. Best wishes to you all & take care.

Phil
I've just revisit your blog whilst writing an overdue Christmas letter to people in Swaziland. Fantastic reminder of our get together, it was such fun to catch up with all. Thanks once again for putting together the blog
